How can General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic register in this program?
Registration can be done online via this website. Should there be any clarification required, General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic may email us at vaksincovid@protecthealth.com.my.
Is General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic registration only open within a certain period of time? Or takes place throughout the National COVID-19 Immunisation Program?
General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic registration takes place throughout the National COVID-19 Immunisation Program.
Does General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic need to pay to participate in the National COVID-19 Immunisation Program?
No participation fee.
Does the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic need to provide its own pharmaceutical fridge?
Yes for vaccination at clinic and community outreach models.
Will low dead-volume syringe, and vaccine card be provided?
For Pfizer vaccine, low dead volume syringe and vaccination card will be provided by MOH.
Will the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic be provided with PPE?
No. General Practitioner / Specialist Clinics need to provide their own PPE.
Will the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic be given training to be involved in the National COVID-19 Immunisation Program?
Yes. Further details will be informed soon.
Will the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic be provided with emergency equipment or medicine?
No. It needs to be provided by the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic.
Will the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic be given access to a specific system for the involvement in the National COVID-19 Immunisation Program?
The General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic will manage the vaccination through MyVAS, VMS and ProtectHealth VCS system.
What is the fee structure for General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic for this program?
For vaccination at clinic the payment will be RM14 per dose administered.
How will payment be made to the General Practitioner / Specialist Clinic?
Payment will be made by ProtectHealth.

Yes, training will be provided prior to starting this program.

Yes, Private Hospital / ACC will be given access to IT system used in this programme which includes Malaysia Vaccine Administration System (MyVAS), Vaccine Management System (VMS) and ProtectHealth Vaksin Control System (VCS).
How much payment will Private Hospital / ACC receive for this program?
Private Hospital / ACC will receive a payment of RM 14 per dose administered.
How will payment be made to the Private Hospital / ACC?
Payment will be made through ProtectHealth.
